Part-Time Director of Marketing

Covenant is seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Marketing to join our Covenant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about classical Christian education. The Marketer will play a crucial role in promoting our school, attracting prospective students, and engaging with the community. This is a part-time position, about 6-8 hours/week.

Job Description

Marketing: The director is the overseer of all the school’s advertising and manages all aspects of its implementation including lead generation, market research and analytics, and community event outreach. The director is also responsible for generating digital and print marketing collaterals and working with a team to coordinate events.

The Director of Marketing will work closely with the Director of Communications on social media posts to manage and optimize the school’s online presence.
The director will also implement SEO strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the school’s digital platforms.

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the school’s mission and values.
Identify target audiences and tailor marketing approaches to reach prospective students and their families.

Market Research
Conduct market research to stay informed about educational trends, competitor activities, and community needs.
Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance outreach efforts.


Increase Enrollment:
Develop and implement strategies to boost student enrollment across all grade levels.

Brand Enhancement:
Elevate the school’s brand image and effectively communicate its classical Christian values.

Community Engagement:

Strengthen ties with the local community through outreach programs, partnerships, and collaborative events.

Digital Presence Improvement:

Enhance the school’s digital presence through online marketing campaigns.

Alumni Involvement:

Develop initiatives to involve alumni in supporting and promoting the school.

Retention Strategies:

Collaborate with the admissions team to implement initiatives aimed at retaining current students and families.
