What is Trivia Night?

Trivia Night served as one of our community’s favorite annual fundraising events for many years. Current parents purchase a table to host or come as an individual for a night of fun and fellowship. Each table competes to win the title of Trivia Night Champion over the course of 4 rounds throughout the evening. In between rounds, parents have the opportunity to bid on items from the Silent Auction. All funds raised from the evening go directly to enhancing our program for your children.

Can we invite friends who aren't a part of the school?

Absolutely! Many parents choose to host a table for their close friends and family. It’s also a great opportunity to introduce families you might know to the Covenant community, especially if they are looking for the right school for their children.

Do we decorate our own tables or create a theme?

You are welcome to come just as you are, but many of our table hosts select a theme for their table which makes the night all the more fun! They then decorate the table to match the theme and even come in coordinating costumes. Don’t forget! There will be prizes for table themes and costumes! From Scrabble to Lord of the Rings–we’ve seen it all! Please keep themes uplifting and in alignment with our vision as a school.

Should we plan to bring snacks?

Yes! Our tables organize snacks to share throughout the evening with their own table. You can keep it as simple as a bowl of M&Ms or take it to the next level and tie your snacks in with your table theme.

How does bidding work for the Silent Auction?

All bidding will take place online through GalaBid this year. You can keep tabs on your bids throughout the evening. Friends and family that aren’t able to attend the event can also bid online to take part in the fun! If you are at the auction and win an item, you may take the item home with you at the end of the evening.

If we don't win an item in the auction, can we make a donation instead?

We’d deeply appreciate that! There is an option to simply donate through the online auction site as well. Your generosity makes a difference in the life of our school!
