Covenant is seeking to hire a director of marketing and communications to join the administrative team which includes the front desk manager, office manager, principal, and head of school.

Qualifications

Job Description

The director is responsible to oversee three essential and strategic areas of our distinctive mission:

Marketing: The director is the overseer of all the school’s advertising and manages all aspects of its implementation including lead generation, market research and analytics, social media management, and community event outreach. The director is also responsible for managing the website, generating digital and print marketing collaterals, video development and editing, and working with a team to coordinate events.

Communications: The director is responsible to lead all internal and external communications in our community including project planning, coordinating mailings, designing occasional surveys, ordering branded materials, and working with vendors.

Advancement: The director coordinates the design and creation of capital campaign materials, completes annual and targeted mailings, and participates in the planning and execution of events.
