Covenant is seeking a Director of Admissions. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time. The Director of Admissions serves as the primary face and voice of Covenant for prospective families and is responsible for guiding families through the enrollment process—from initial inquiry and campus tours to assessments and final enrollment. The ideal candidate will passionately articulate the value of a Christian and classical education, build meaningful relationships within the community, and drive enrollment growth.
Covenant Classical School is a non-denominational, Classical Christian school in Naperville, Illinois, accredited by the Society of Classical Learning. Professional experience: Experience in admissions, school administration, marketing, sales, or public relations is highly preferred.
Interpersonal skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional relational ability, empathy, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
Administrative skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable utilizing database systems, spreadsheet software, and digital communication tools.
Schedule flexibility: Primarily a daytime position, but must be willing to work occasional evenings or weekends for admissions events.
