Ask a QuestionAfter School Care is intentionally structured and is provided at a fee of $14 per hour, per student. After School Care concludes at 5:00 pm on regular school days. We are currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. Covenant Classical maintains a low teacher to student ratio in every class. Admission decisions will be made on a rolling basis for grades in which openings remain. Students will be placed on a waiting list for grades without current openings.
Do you offer multiple child discounts?
Many of our families have multiple children attending our school. To help larger families with financial concerns make this possible, we do offer a 5% discount for the second, third, and fourth child. There is also an opportunity to apply for Tailored Tuition. Is financial aid an opportunity for me?
Although giving your child the gift of a classical and Christian education can be costly, we believe it is a lasting investment worth making. With that in mind, we understand that not all families can afford tuition, especially in light of multiple children. Our hope is to partner with you to make becoming a part of the Covenant community a possibility. We encourage families with financial concerns to apply for our Tailored Tuition program.
What is Tailored Tuition?
Tailored Tuition is a need-based tuition assistance program similar to those used by many private schools, colleges, and universities. Families apply for a reduced tuition rate that fits their income level. This makes it possible for some families to afford a Covenant education who would otherwise not be able to do so. Are there any additional fees or expenses I should anticipate?
Covenant Classical School has intentionally chosen NOT to add fees for books, technology, and facility use. However, families should plan on nominal additional costs for field trips, school uniforms, elective co-curricular activities, and elective opportunities for student travel.
For many families, one visit is all it takes.
