Covenant Classical School is pleased to announce that Mrs. Dana Niesluchowski will teach Grammar School physical education. Dana graduated from Wheaton College with a B.S. in Kinesiology and received an M.A. in Exercise Physiology from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Her experience includes working as a personal trainer and fitness coach, a teaching assistant and visiting professor, and a director of a program teaching motor skill development and gymnastics to children aged 10 months through 12 years old. Dana is the mother of Edmund (5th grade) and Elise (3rd grade) and wife of Walter.
Dana has a lifelong passion for health and fitness as well as for the advancement of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Dana brings her strong training in exercise physiology, her passion for health and fitness, her experience as a fitness instructor and teacher, her love for Christ and the gospel, and her support for the mission of Covenant Classical School.
She is a classically trained singer and long-time member of the worship team at Naperville Presbyterian Church where she has been a member most of her life. She is a sports fanatic who is ready to talk Chicago sports with anyone anytime. Finally, she loves Covenant Classical’s mission and deeply appreciates the life-shaping impact it has had upon her children.
We anticipate that Dana will bring to Covenant her strong training in exercise physiology, her passion for health and fitness, her experience as a fitness instructor and teacher, her love for Christ and the gospel, and her love for the mission of Covenant Classical School to help us build upon the strong foundation established by Mrs. Fuzak in physical education.
Welcome to the faculty, Dana!
