Mrs. Rabe led telecommunications projects with AT&T Bell Laboratories and Lucent Technologies for over eighteen years, developing extensive expertise in project and process management.  She worked in Europe for six years, coordinating multi-country projects in the U.S., U.K., Spain, and the Netherlands.  Mrs. Rabe has several years experience in classical Christian education school leadership.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana, a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.  Mrs. Rabe is a member of Grace Pointe Church in Naperville.  Contact Lilah Rabe.

Mr. Smith is a director and the area human resources leader for Ernst & Young’s Midwest region. In this capacity he oversees the enterprise human resource function and is responsible for the development and deployment of strategic human resources initiatives for more than 3,800 employees.  Prior to transferring to Chicago in 2005, Mr. Smith spent three years with Ernst & Young’s Strategy and Operations Group where he managed both strategy development and resource management.  Mr. Smith received his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.  He attends Calvary Church in Naperville.  Contact Warren Smith.

MICHAEL TAMS
Michael Tams is a Vice President with Schaumburg Bank and Trust, N.A. (a Wintrust Community Bank) where he oversees the underwriting of small business, commercial real estate, and middle market corporate loans. A graduate of North Central College, where he studied business management, his work background includes fourteen years of experience in financial services and commercial banking. In addition, Mike has worked in the non-profit sector and is an elected township official, currently serving on the Board of Lisle Township. Mr. Tams attends Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.

Mr. Veerman received his B.A. from Wheaton College and his M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical School. He worked for 26 years with Youth for Christ, in the Campus Life ministry in Illinois and Louisiana and at the national office as the National Campus Life Director. He has authored more than 60 books including Youth Evangelism, Reaching Kids Before High School, Dads that Make a Difference, How to Apply the Bible,Parenting Passages, Understanding Your Teenager, and Letting Them Go.  Mr. Veerman was a senior editor of the Life Application Study Bible and the Student Life Application Bible. He is a founding partner in The Livingstone Corporation, a company that serves Bible publishers by creating, developing, and producing Bible-related products.  Mr. Veerman is an elder in the Naperville Presbyterian Church.  Contact Dave Veerman.

Dr. Vessey is an associate professor in the department of psychology at Wheaton College.  He received his Master of Science in statistics and his Ph.D. in psychology from Northwestern University.  His expertise is in the areas of statistics, experimental design, psychometrics, and program evaluation.  Dr. Vessey is currently the evaluator for several abstinence projects, including CareNet in DuPage County.  He has prior board experience, including service as treasurer on two church boards.  Dr. Vessey attends Wheaton Agape Fellowship Church.  Contact John Vessey.
